70. Azure SQL failover groups

In this Betatalks episode, Oscar & Rick will talk about Azure SQL failover groups. Failover groups are a way to increase availability for Azure SQL. They will show you how you can set up a failover group with a replicated secondary database in another region using Bicep. Next to the obvious disaster scenario where this would help, you will also have read-only endpoints on all the failover databases in the different regions that you could actively use in your application design.
